This week, we officially appointed our Campus Managers as Campus CEOs. But this was never just about a change in title. It was about a shift in mindset, responsibility, and trust.
The two-day Campus CEO Appointment & Leadership Workshop was designed to mark this transformation. We started with a powerful session by Coach Fadzil, who shared the deeper purpose behind this shift and outlined Vision 2026: our roadmap for the years ahead. The message was clear: our Campus CEOs are now empowered to lead with full autonomy and clarity.
During the appointment ceremony, each Campus Manager received their official letter and made a pledge to carry this new amanah with integrity and purpose. It was a moment that marked not just recognition, but renewal.
In her session, Aunty Mawar guided the newly appointed leaders through what it truly means to transition from task-doer to growth leader. She unpacked the Campus CEO Handbook and helped realign everyone with the goals, roles, and expectations of this new leadership position.
The rest of the workshop focused on practical tools and strategies. From improving parent consultations and tracking leads, to objection handling and planning campus operations with intention. These are the building blocks that will help each Campus CEO lead effectively in the coming years.
This shift is more than operational. It is cultural. We are moving towards a model where every campus is led by someone who takes full ownership of its growth, impact, and direction.
We believe that when leadership is empowered, transformation happens. Not just for the campus, but for every child and family within it.
